Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your customer account at https://account.woods-point.com and follow the returns and cancellations process. You can also contact us directly to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Returning your goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs (we do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades), within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to used or it tags are removed.
